We’ve included instructions for how to register your account either on your desktop computer or SmartHub mobile app.

Register now!
Click here to register your account as a first-time NEK Broadband customer.
If you are already using SmartHub for another provider, you will still need to register your new NEK Broadband account.
Already using the SmartHub app?
- In your SmartHub app, click on the “Settings” option.
- To add a company and switch between them easily, navigate to Settings > Add New Provider.
- You will be prompted to log in to the new company. To switch back and forth, navigate here and choose the provider to access different accounts.
