As part of our mission to serve all of the Northeast Kingdom, especially those households who are unserved or underserved, when you sign up for service your installation is at no charge. NEK Broadband amortizes the cost of installation based on taking service for 12 months of the year.
However, we know that many of our Vermont residents are only here for parts of the year. We want to make it easy for you to keep your broadband internet while you are away or to pause it if necessary.
