Update: AT&T circuits remain down affecting incoming calls across those circuits and outgoing calls that route out the AT&T carrier code, which includes 800 number long distance codes. NEK Broadband will provide updates as we receive them.

NEK Broadband Network Alert: AT&T circuit issues are preventing some calls from reaching landline users. Dialing out to AT&T lines may also be impacted. We have alerted AT&T and sent SMS notifications out to NEK Broadband customers that may be impacted.

NEK Broadband service in Burke has now been fully restored. Our crew repaired the damaged fiber line, and customers should be back online.
