We’ll be performing some brief maintenance on our systems throughout next week between the hours of 2:00 AM – 6:00 AM EDT. This maintenance is expected to last approximately 10 minutes while the system reboots.
During this time, you may experience a short interruption in service if you are a NEK Broadband customer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our team will be working diligently to minimize downtime.
After the maintenance has been completed customers may need to power cycle local equipment to get back online. Unplug the power cord to your equipment including any routers you may use. Allow it to power down for a full 30 seconds before plugging it back in. The unit will then reboot and should be ready to use again within 2-3 minutes.
