NEKCV is seeking a consultant that can help guide the organization to its next level of data management. We are seeking estimates on each phase independently. The first phase of the project will further define the scope for the other phases. Each phase will be conducted as a scope of work. Contractors may bid on one or more phases, and may be hired for one or more phases.
