Barnet
Neil is the Board Representative for the town of Barnet. He is also the Tech for Today coordinator for the Northeast Kingdom Council on Aging, a free program that aids our elder community members by helping them clear technology hurdles using computers, tablets, cell phones, and the Internet. He previously served as a middle school special education teacher; marketed the first commercial mp3 product available in the US; and sang lead in a punk rock band.
