Marketing & Customer Outreach Coordinator
NEKCV is seeking a community-focused Marketing & Customer Outreach Coordinator to lead customer engagement efforts and manage outreach through HubSpot CRM.
This role is responsible for planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns, maintaining accurate customer data in HubSpot, segmenting audiences, tracking engagement metrics, and supporting email and digital communications. Key responsibilities include lead nurturing, pre-registration outreach, service launch communications, and reporting on campaign performance.
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms), and the ability to translate data into actionable outreach strategies. A strong understanding of the broadband industry and community engagement is a plus.
Community Connect Coordinator
The Community Connect Coordinator will lead our Community Connect program, which aims to bridge the digital divide by increasing access to broadband and equipping individuals with essential online skills. You will work with the public and partners out of our Groton Community Hub space. This role will help evaluate, and potentially develop, the organization’s role in the design, participation and/or implementation of initiatives that connect community members in Groton and South Ryegate with digital education, training resources, and support systems.
Telecommunications Service Technician
The Senior Broadband Technician plays a critical hands-on role in building, operating, and maintaining NEKCV’s fiber-to-the-premise (FTTP) network. This position is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, field diagnostics, network maintenance, and supporting service activations, while also mentoring junior technicians and coordinating with engineering, construction, and ISP partners.
Warehouse / Material Handler
NEK Broadband is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler. The successful candidate for this position will be someone who embraces the NEK Broadband mission and thrives in a fast paced, “startup” environment, while bringing the organizational skills necessary to ensure that the construction teams have the necessary materials and equipment, while working safely and efficiently. The Warehouse Material Handler must be able to be licensed on a forklift, will be responsible for material handling daily tasks, assisting management with daily inventory, and assisting with the deployment of materials to our contractors.
